Multicolor Spray Marking System to mark web material edges in various processes for defect identification

The Model 1280 is integrated into a web inspection system designed to inspect for voids and dirt in an adhesive coating of tape. The 1280 will be used to provide verification, reliability and detection accuracy of the inspection system. The marking system will also provide production with the capability to quickly locate defects that need to be culled out prior to shipment. The Model 1280 Multicolor Marking System is a state-of-the-art atomizing spray system that will automatically apply a measured ink mark along the edge of the web material for defect identification.
