Model 3040® OPTOMIZER®
MVS-WIS technology.
This web inspection technology will be utilized on a paper manufacturing line to
check for quality in their high-end specialty grades. The system will inspect
for holes, spots and other contaminants commonly found in their paper
manufacturing process. Once installed, the web inspection system will provide
defect information that will facilitate accurate removal of sever defects during
the winding process. This technology is a state-of-the-art machine vision web
inspection system that is used to automatically identify, detect, classify and
display holes, dark spots, oil, scale, edge cracks, hard wrinkles and other
defect flaws in any type of non-coated or coated material such as paper, film,
foil, steel and other materials.
