The R.K.B Model 3020 OPTOMIZER is designed to be utilized on any type of coated material to inspect for coating streaks and scratches as small as 5 microns wide at any known production speed. The 3020 is a state-of-the-art, patented machine vision inspection solution that automatically identifies, detects, classifies and displays coating streak and scratch information that are common occurrences in coating processes from paper to steel.
