Complete R.K.B. 1280-3 Edge Marking System including all controls and interface capability.  System comes with three colors and has been completely refurbished (can be upgraded to 5 color @ 2,500.00 per color).  Operates off low air pressure by way of a rodless cylinder, this system can be interfaced into any technology from any supplier where the marking of defects or process issues are required.  R.K.B. Edge Marking Systems are designed to help you Improve Quality and Increase Efficiency. Our systems work with existing machine vision web inspection, hole detection, flaw detection and splice detection systems to ensure a defect-free final product and to help you avoid subsequent  process disruptions.
 
R.K.B. 1280 Edge Marking Systems are designed for use in harsh environments and are able to operate reliably for years in locations such as paper mills, conversion plants, printing houses and press rooms.  Because of the industrial setting, installation location is a major concern for many customers.
