Based on proven design the Model 2060, 2084 and 2086 will provide reliable and cost effective hole and flaw detection down to levels of 0.031 inches (0.8mm) diameter up to speeds in excess of 5000 fpm (1524 meter/min).  Originally patented by RKB, these technologies are a very good solution for wide webs at very fast speeds which camera based technology cannot achieve.

The Model 1108 Keymark® Register Control™ Technology give you cost effective in-register of keymarks, watermarks, print and related registration applications.  The Model 1109 Keymark® Dandy Roll Control™ Technology provides control of watermark application of the Dandy roll to ensure consistent measurements are within specification. The Model 3600 OPTOMIZER® FCS Sheeter Inspection™ Technology was developed in cooperation with European paper makers for the inspection of web material to be sheeted. The Model 1122 Abolisher® Reject Gate Control™ Technology is our reject control technology that is unequaled in performance and provides reliable gate control of sheeter applications where the need to reject defective sheeted material is required.
