Additionally, our Model 2060® can be applied on many materials to include paper, paperboard, film, foils, metals and textiles. This technology, initially developed and patented by RKB in the 1960's, is well proven over time under real world conditions.

Our Model 2060 ANALYZER® Flaw Detection Technology is designed to quickly and easily install to existing production process equipment. Our technology provides production, maintenance and managerial personnel with immediate notification of rejectable defects that do not meet your company's quality initiatives. Defects are quickly located facilitating corrective action such as splicing, patching or grading. Fully Qualify Your Products:

Each Model 2060 ANALYZER® Flaw Detection Technology is designed to span the entire material web width for 100 percent inspection 24/7. Products can now be fully qualified prior to shipment to customers. Our multi-color edge marking technology can also be combined with our Flaw Detector to provide production positive identification of defect location and types for automatic or manual control actions.
