Ensure Accurate Results:

A "Pulsation Initiator", combined with the innovative electronic processing technologies, makes it feasible for full sheet and fractional sheet determination between the machine vision inspection solution and the sheeter reject gate systems. Since the "Pulsation Initiator" is machine drive shaft driven, system accuracy is not speed dependent.

Process Multiple Products:

The Model 1122 Abolisher® Reject Gate Control™ Technology is designed to ensure that only material with defects are rejected. It can be used to process multiple products of differing lengths through front panel switching technology. A margin inhibit system is used to disengage the reject mechanism when a defect falls within 1/4" (6.35 mm) of the cut line (i.e., within a margin which will be trimmed later). If a large defect occurs that spans multiple sheets, the unit ensures that all defective sheets are rejected.
