Conserve Time and Money:  The OPTOMIZER MV-WIS is a CCD linear array machine vision imaging technology that provides high speed inspection of subtle autonomous defects commonly found in various web based material manufacturing.  Our machine vision technology will detect, classify and analyze many types of defects that can adversely affect product quality and damage fragile components in various supercalenders, coating, printing, embossing, laminating and similar conversion processes.  This machine vision technology will save your company tens of thousands of dollars per annum due to loses, complaints, re-manufacturing, machine downtime and other production aspects if unchecked.

 

Process Diverse Materials:  Our CCD based machine vision technology is designed to provide accurate, consistent, and reliable high-speed, on-line inspection for a wide variety of web materials. Compatible material types include paper, paperboard, Siliconised coated, poly coated, adhesive coated, cotton fiber bond, printing and writing, de-inked recycled, films, foils, metals, plastics, rubber, nonwoven, specialties grades, magnetic media and many other types of web based processed materials.

 

Realize High Resolution:  An array of high-speed 1024 Digital Charge Coupled Device (CCD) line scan cameras, combined with our proprietary defect signal processing technologies, makes it a reality to achieve very high resolution with this system.  Defects are detected, classified, categorized and located in real time under real world conditions. Since we use 1024 pixel formats, subtle defects not obtainable by other slower scanning technologies are now visible at costs competitive with larger brand name company products.

 

Provide Fully Qualified Products:  Each machine vision solution is designed to span the entire web width for 100 percent inspection of the web material. Now you can guarantee that your products are fully qualified prior to subsequent processing or shipment to customers. Our Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) software is included with each system to provide complete defect data collection, analysis, reporting, setup, and diagnostic capabilities.  Also included with each machine vision solution is our multicolor spray marking or reject gate control technology for completely unattended operation of your production equipment.
